If you have forgotten your cPanel username or password and wish to recover it, please sent us a ticket. Our support staff will get back to you as soon as possible.
The password will be reset and will be emailed to you along with your username. After you have logged into cPanel you may change your password through the Password and Authentication menu. Please note that it is highly recommended that you choose a complex password which is a mix of higher and lower case letters, symbols and numbers.
