When you have renewed your hosting service and have an active domain but you're unable to access your website, it is likely that your browser has cached your website.

Solutions:

  1. Refresh the website by pressing Ctrl + F5
  2. Remove caching history on your browser.
    1. Google Chrome:
      • press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
      • Set the time range to All Time
      • Only check the box for Cached Images and Files and press Clear data
    2. Firefox
      • press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
      • Set the time range to Everything
      • Only check the box for Cache and press Clear Now
